Angel Stadium of Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) designates Lot 3 for bus and oversized vehicle parking. Lot 3 is located on the east side of the stadium, accessed off State College Boulevard. Your party bus drops your group at the main entrance on Gene Autry Way, then relocates to Lot 3 to park while you enjoy the game.

Parking is prepaid and cashless — no cash is accepted at the gate, so make sure your parking pass is sorted before you arrive. Lots open two and a half hours before first pitch. The Angels send rideshare pickups to a separate designated zone on Orangewood Avenue, which is a different location entirely from the bus zone — one more reason a party bus keeps your group together and on one clear plan instead of scattering everyone across different pickup points after the game.

Bus and oversized-vehicle entry uses the Orangewood Avenue bus entrance, and regular-season bus parking is listed at $100 when purchased in person through an Angels sales representative. Confirm current lot assignments on the official Angels parking and transportation page before your visit, since assignments can vary by event. The bus entrance and oversized-vehicle details are also in the Angel Stadium guest guide.

At Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806), party bus drop-off is on Katella Avenue at the main entrance. After dropping your group, the bus relocates to Lot 2 off Douglass Road, which is the designated zone for oversized vehicles. Honda Center enforces a no re-entry policy for vehicles once parked, so coordinate your post-event pickup point with your group before you go in.

Rideshare pickup at Honda Center is directed to the Orangewood Avenue side — a completely separate location from the bus zone, and a long, crowded walk after a sold-out show. Your party bus stages in its designated lot and meets your group at the pre-arranged pickup point, so nobody is hunting for a ride in the post-concert chaos. Lots open approximately two and a half hours before events.

Check the Honda Center getting here page for current event-specific staging details before your visit.

Fairplex (1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768) is about 5.6 miles east of West Covina via I-10 — one of the most convenient major event venues in the San Gabriel Valley for a party bus run. The primary entry point for buses and oversized vehicles is Gate 5 on White Avenue. From there, bus parking is directed to the north parking area inside the fairgrounds, with specific lot assignments varying by event.

During the LA County Fair — held May 7 through May 31 in 2026 — bus parking is in a designated section of the main parking field off McKinley Avenue. The Fairplex campus spans 487 acres, so having your party bus stage on-site is far more practical than any off-site alternative. Rideshare and taxi pickup is directed to a separate zone near Gate 17, which is a very different experience from walking out to a waiting party bus with your whole group already together.

Confirm current event-specific lot assignments on the official Fairplex directions and parking page before your visit.

Santa Anita Park (285 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007) is about 10 miles west of West Covina via I-10 — a quick, easy ride that turns into a parking nightmare if your group tries to do it in separate cars. Party bus drop-off is at the main entrance on Huntington Drive. After dropping your group, the bus relocates to the designated bus parking area in the Gold Lot on the east side of the property, accessed via Baldwin Avenue on the north side.

If you're bringing a group for a coordinated arrival, Santa Anita's Group Sales office at (626) 574-6677 can help with advance arrangements. The Breeders' Cup — typically held in late October or early November — is one of the highest-demand dates in the entire region for party bus transportation, so book as early as possible for that event. Standard parking in adjacent lots runs $10–$30 depending on proximity and the event, which adds up fast across a group of cars.

One party bus, one flat price, one parking pass — and everyone arrives together. Check the official Santa Anita Park directions and parking page for current lot details before your visit.

Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is about 25 miles east of West Covina via I-10 to I-215 North — and it's one of the largest outdoor amphitheaters in the country, with a capacity of approximately 65,000. Party bus drop-off is at Gate 1. Buses then park in the designated oversized vehicle section of the main parking area, which is a large open-field lot on the venue grounds.

Because of the venue's remote location off I-215, there is no practical off-site staging — buses park on-site in the designated field lot. Parking runs approximately $30–$50 per vehicle depending on the event, accepted cash and card at the gate. Here is the part that makes a party bus the obvious call for Glen Helen: rideshare surge pricing after a major show at this location is extreme.

The remote setting, the massive crowds, and the limited road network out of the venue combine to make post-show rideshare waits and prices genuinely painful. Your party bus is already parked on-site, your group is already together, and the ride home is already handled. Check the official Glen Helen Amphitheater site for event-specific parking details before your visit.

For a concert pickup, your bus returns 45 minutes before the show ends; after the event, the I-15 Glen Helen Parkway exit is the only entrance point, and incoming traffic can be shut down while vehicles leave. Festival drop-off and pickup usually move to Gate 5, while concert rideshare pickup uses the Red Lot at Gate 1. The Glen Helen Amphitheater arrival and pickup guide lays out the current event-day flow.

Industry Hills Expo Center (16200 Temple Ave, City of Industry, CA 91745) is about 5 miles south of West Covina — one of the closest major event venues to the city. Party bus drop-off is at the main entrance on Temple Avenue. Buses then park in the designated large-vehicle section of the main surface lot on the south side of the property, which sits on the Pacific Palms Resort campus and offers ample room for oversized vehicles.

Unlike a major stadium, Industry Hills Expo Center does not require an advance bus parking permit for most standard events — though groups are always encouraged to call ahead at (626) 961-6892 to confirm logistics for their specific event date. The combined Expo Center and golf club campus gives buses plenty of staging room, making this one of the more straightforward party bus destinations in the San Gabriel Valley. Check the official Industry Hills Expo Center directions and parking page for current event details before your visit.

Book your West Covina party bus at least three to six months in advance for the best pricing and the widest selection of available vehicles. The San Gabriel Valley party bus market moves fast on high-demand dates, and several windows fill up well before that window if you wait.

Prom season in April and May is the single busiest stretch of the year across the SGV — West Covina High School, South Hills High School, Edgewood High School, Bishop Amat Memorial High School in La Puente, and Charter Oak High School in Covina all schedule their dances within the same few weeks. Book six months out or more for any prom date. The LA County Fair at Fairplex runs in May and pulls enormous demand across the entire Pomona Valley.

Santa Anita's 2026 Autumn Meet from September 25 through November 1 books out early every year. Major concerts at Glen Helen Amphitheater and Honda Center fill the summer and fall calendar fast. And New Year's Eve is the single highest-demand night of the year — book as early as possible, full stop.

Outside of peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time is workable for most trips — but the earlier you compare, the better your price and the more buses you'll have to choose from. Call 626-206-0520 right now to lock in your date!
